Freelance Project Manager – Refurbishment (Education Sector)
Location: Stowe
Rate: £300–£500/day (CIS)
Start: ASAP – until September

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a live £2m refurbishment of a three-storey boarding facility for a private education client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full project oversight, program input, and reporting

• Manage approximately 20 subcontractors

• Read drawings and handle small-scale procurement

• Client-facing – represent the contractor professionally on site

Requirements:

• SMSTS, First Aid, full UK driver’s licence

• Proven experience delivering £2m+ projects

• Background in education projects preferred

• Trade background a bonus

Details:

• Working hours: 7:00am–4:00pm (2 x 30 min breaks)

• Interview: Single stage with David Williams in Hemel Hempstead

• No tools or gear required
