We are looking for a Site Supervisor to cover night shifts in Eas London starting mid June for ongoing work . 

Your role : 

• Take ownership of site operations, keeping teams on track and projects running smoothly.
• Set the standard for site safety—conduct toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and create a secure working environment.
• Keep an eagle eye on craftsmanship, ensuring everything meets the highest standards and swiftly addressing any issues.
• Be the go-to for subcontractors, suppliers, and occasionally clients or the main contractor, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Tackle on-site challenges head-on, whether it’s a minor hiccup or a technical puzzle.
• Keep Project or Site Managers in the loop with clear updates on timelines, potential delays, and resource needs.

WHat you'll need: 

• Proven construction experience and expertise with a strong trade background - ideally M&E 
• Excellent communication skills 
• CSCS , SSSTS , First AId
