4Site Recruitments are seeking an Maintenance Manager to join our client a leading high-end residential main contractor. This is a key client-facing role focused on aftercare and post-completion works across multiple central London properties.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing snagging, minor works, and coordinating trades – all while maintaining excellent communication with clients and ensuring a high standard of finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing ongoing snagging and maintenance items

• Liaising directly with clients to resolve issues promptly

• Overseeing small works and subcontractor activity

• Reporting updates to internal teams and ensuring smooth coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in aftercare or maintenance within high-end residential construction

• Strong communication and people skills

• A professional, hands-on approach with good attention to detail

• UK driving licence - company van provided
