URGENT Site Manager – Immediate Start 

Start Date: Monday 23rd June
Location: Harwell Science Park
Duration: 3 weeks initially (with the option to go permanent)
Pay: £280 - £300 per day CIS

We are urgently looking for a Site Manager to join a refurbishment project at Harwell Science Park, starting Monday 23rd June. This is an immediate-start, short-term contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live refurbishment project

• Focus on Health & Safety compliance as a top priority

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors (all self-sufficient teams)

• Act as a client-facing representative 

• Initial scope involves completing roof works

What We’re Looking For:

• SMSTS & First Aid (essential)

• CSCS card (preferred)

• Trade background (ideal)

• Site Management experience

• Strong communicator
