4Site Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of our client, a highly regarded main contractor specialising in luxury high-end residential projects across Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious company known for delivering bespoke, high-quality homes with a strong commitment to craftsmanship and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed to programme, within budget and to the highest quality.

• Manage all on-site labour and subcontractors, ensuring health & safety, quality standards and project timelines are met.

• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, architects, consultants, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve any site issues efficiently.

• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce site safety procedures in compliance with HSE regulations.

• Monitor progress, manage deliveries, and maintain accurate site documentation including daily diaries, risk assessments, and method statements.

• Ensure snagging and finishing details are completed to an exceptional standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a number one Site Manager on high-end residential projects, ideally in Central London.

• A strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering premium finishes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

• Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety legislation, and current construction practices.
