4Site Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading main contractor specialising in luxury high-end residential projects in Central London. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of the delivery of prestigious private residential schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and detail-driven Project Manager with a passion for quality and the ability to manage complex builds from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-end residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and budget targets are achieved.

• Produce and manage detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject or Procure.

• Coordinate and oversee site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, reporting regularly to senior management and stakeholders.

• Manage project risk, procurement schedules, and contract administration.

• Ensure all health & safety, compliance, and building regulations are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering high-end residential projects in Central London.

• Strong proficiency in programme planning using Asta or Procure (essential).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.

• Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction best practices.

• Relevant qualifications and valid certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
