4Site Recruitment are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a prestigious main contractor specialising in luxury high-end residential projects across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company renowned for delivering bespoke homes of the highest quality, with an established pipeline of prime residential work.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all cost aspects of high-end residential construction projects from procurement to final account.

Prepare, submit, and manage interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.

Procure subcontractor and supplier packages, ensuring best value and compliance with project specifications.

Monitor project budgets and report on cost performance to senior management.

Assist with contract negotiation and administration (JCT forms of contract).

Liaise closely with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.

Support commercial strategy and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high-end residential or prime London developments.

Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.

Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Ability to manage multiple packages across complex, bespoke projects.

Proficient in relevant software (e.g. Excel, Bluebeam, cost management tools).

Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
