4Site Recruitment are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a prestigious main contractor specialising in luxury high-end residential projects across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company renowned for delivering bespoke homes of the highest quality, with an established pipeline of prime residential work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all cost aspects of high-end residential construction projects from procurement to final account.

• Prepare, submit, and manage interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.

• Procure subcontractor and supplier packages, ensuring best value and compliance with project specifications.

• Monitor project budgets and report on cost performance to senior management.

• Assist with contract negotiation and administration (JCT forms of contract).

• Liaise closely with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.

• Support commercial strategy and help identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high-end residential or prime London developments.

• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.

• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.

• Ability to manage multiple packages across complex, bespoke projects.

• Proficient in relevant software (e.g. Excel, Bluebeam, cost management tools).

• Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
