4Site Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading main contractor specialising in luxury high-end residential projects in Central London. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual with a background in site or construction management who is ready to step into a structured project leadership role with support and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Project Manager in the day-to-day delivery of high-end residential schemes.

• Assist with planning, coordination, and management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards.

• Help manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operation.

• Contribute to the preparation and tracking of project programmes (experience with Asta or Procure is advantageous).

• Attend site meetings and assist with progress reporting, health & safety compliance, and client updates.

• Maintain project documentation including RAMS, progress reports, and snagging records.

• Work closely with consultants, architects, and internal teams to support the smooth delivery of each phase.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a construction or site management role, ideally within high-end residential.

• A genuine interest in project management and a desire to grow within the sector.

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with project planning tools (Asta or Procure experience is a plus).

• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

• Construction-related degree or equivalent experience preferred.
