• Location: Hartfield, TN7

• Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

• Type: Residential new-build cleaning (initial and final cleans)

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning on construction or residential sites

• Asbestos Awareness (Mandatory – online course provided by us if needed)

• Manual Handling Certificate (Mandatory – online course provided  by us if needed)

• CSCS Card preferred but not essential

Duties include:

• General cleaning of new-build residential properties

• Sparkle cleaning before handovers

• Keeping communal and site welfare areas tidy

• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently
