Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out
Location: Greater London
Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 (DOE)

We are working with a leading commercial fit out contractor delivering high-quality office and retail environments across Greater London. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee fit out projects ranging from £500,000 to £5 million in value.

The Role:

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of your sites, managing the successful delivery of commercial office and retail fit out projects (CAT A and B). With project durations between 3 to 9 months, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery, client satisfaction and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of commercial fit out projects

• Liaising directly with clients, consultants and subcontractors

• Overseeing project programmes using MS Project or similar software

• Managing budgets, variations and ensuring commercial control

• Leading site teams and subcontractors

• Ensuring health and safety compliance and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years in a project management role within commercial fit out

• Background: Either trade or degree educated

• Skills: Strong client-facing skills, programming knowledge (MS Project or similar), strong commercial awareness

• Tickets: CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid desirable but not essential
