🕒 Hours: 8am – 5pm (Paid 8 hours)
💷 Rate: £220 per day

We’re looking for a hands-on Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join a full residential refurbishment project in Wandsworth (SW18). This is an ongoing position offering steady work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the team while overseeing daily site activities

• Manage and coordinate labourers and trades on site

• Liaise with directors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation

• Contribute carpentry skills as needed throughout the project

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a working foreman with a carpentry background

• Competent across most aspects of residential refurb

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage time, people, and priorities on site

• Relevant tickets/certifications are a bonus

🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (paid 8 hours)
💰 Rate: £220 per day
