4Site Recruitment are currently looking for a Groundworker in Holland Park area (W11)

Tickets: CPCS or NPORS card is mandatory

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have at least 3 year experience working on other construction projects

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Job role: Our client is after a groundworker able to operate a digger machine (10T), do underpinning and happy to help the labourers if needed.

The project is at the basement refurbishment phase on a high end residential property.

Start day: 24.07.2025

Duration: 4 weeks

Pay: £26.25 per hour (8am to 5pm, 8h paid)

CIS / UTR / PAYE

Weekly pay on a Friday
