Site Manager – High-End Retail Fit Out
Location: White City, London
Day Rate: £275 - £300 per day (CIS)
Start Date: 28th July
Duration: 8–12 weeks

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a premium retail fit out project in White City. This is a fast-paced role within a team that values collaboration, high standards, and a positive site culture. You’ll be overseeing a mall-based retail fit out, coordinating subcontractors, driving the programme, and ensuring H&S and quality standards are maintained via Procore.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience in high-end retail fit outs OR other commercial fit out experience (mall/shopping centre experience highly beneficial)

• SMSTS, First Aid, and Black CSCS card

• Strong leadership, organisation, and client-facing skills

• IT literate and confident using site management software (Procore experience preferred)

• Ability to integrate quickly and hit the ground running

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations (7:30am–5:30pm)

• Oversee H&S, quality, and programme delivery

• Liaise with the project manager, subcontractors, and client representatives

• Ensure smooth delivery within tight timelines
