Maintenance Supervisor - High-End Residential Properties

One of our client is a leading construction and property specialist working on luxury residential properties for ultra-high-net-worth clients. They are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service and are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their small, dedicated maintenance team.
The Role
Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of prestigious residential properties in Central London. You will ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard while respecting the integrity of these exclusive homes and delivering a seamless service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client maintenance queries and instructions, alongside the Maintenance Manager
- Manage and supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Coordinate and oversee the supply chain and in-house maintenance engineers
- Conduct or oversee routine property inspections and resolve issues promptly
- Review service reports following planned maintenance visits, identify remedial work and arrange timely execution
- Assist with the renewal of existing maintenance contracts or the preparation of new contracts
- Develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and costs incurred via Joblogic (maintenance software)
- Liaise with clients, property managers and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in property maintenance, ideally within high-end residential properties
- Basic understanding of M&E systems (highly desirable)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of health and safety practices
- Valid UK driving licence (a company van will be provided for carrying out duties)
- Willingness to be "on call" fortnightly, including weekends (additional remuneration offered)
- Professional appearance and manner at all times
