Responsibilities:
 

• Carry out routine and emergency plumbing maintenance tasks at luxury residential properties.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipework, heating systems, and water filtration units.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and resolve plumbing issues, providing accurate estimates of time and materials required.
• Communicate effectively with the aftercare team and clients, ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Keep detailed records of completed works and any required follow-up actions

Qualifications and Skills:
 

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably Gas Safe Registered. (advantageous)
• Proven experience in high-end residential plumbing maintenance and installations, with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
• Advanced English communication skills to engage professionally with clients and provide clear updates on work progress.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and system faults.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools related to plumbing systems.
• Clean UK Drivers Licence

50,000 - 60,000p/a
