4Site are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our client's team. Our client are a design-led construction and engineering firm, specialising in the redevelopment of complex sites and buildings. Reporting to the BD Director, this is a key role to drive growth, expand client relationships, and hit ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow existing business while bringing in new clients.
• Leverage your network and industry contacts to secure projects.
• Focus on securing larger-scale projects (£2-10m), with an emphasis on the commercial sector.
• Play a critical role in doubling the number of projects, helping to expand the team further.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape the company’s growth strategy, including national expansion and entry into new sectors

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in business development within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing client relationships.
• A strong network of contacts and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Ability to work independently with no hand-holding, driving your own success.
• Experience in securing larger construction projects (£2-10m).
