4Site are currently looking for a handyman/multitrader for a role based in West London

Our client is looking for a presentable, client facing maintenance man to start immediately. Looking for someone who has decorating experience, basic carpentry experience. All the works are in a 2mile radius of Sloan square station. Need someone who can work on their own initiative. 

Requirements

• CSCS Card (Preferred)
• Full UK Drivers License 
• Own tools  

Jobs will include things such as:

• Ceiling repairs
• Cut out mastic
• Fixing shower heads etc
• Changing lights
• Adjusting doors.
• Decorating works

Hours

• 8am - 5pm

Contact

Payment

• £160 - £180 per/day dependant on experience/skill set
