4Site are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our prestigious client to lead their high-end residential projects to successful completion.

Our client has a reputation for excellence and are well-known for their high end residential projects based in Central London.

Job Description: As the Senior Site Manager, you will be the number one on-site, reporting directly to the Project Manager and responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-end residential projects. You will manage a team of skilled professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor project progress, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
• Ensure quality control and attention to detail are maintained throughout all stages of the project.
• Problem-solve on-site issues promptly and effectively, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong track record in high-end residential projects.
• Extensive knowledge of UK construction regulations and standards.
• Confident in managing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certifications are essential.
