We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join our client during busy period. Our client is known for their high-end residential projects based in Central London. They are looking for someone to start ASAP and stay with them to the end of the year with the potential to extend. The role would begin by working alongside an experienced Foreman on-site, gaining insights into our client's processes before moving on to manage your own projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage document control on site and maintain the construction phase plan.
• Conduct site inductions and collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager.
• Assist in programming works, evaluating practicalities and feasibility.
• Mix of on-site coordination/management (60%) and hands-on work (40%).
• Engage in refurb projects with high standards, primarily in South Kensington.
• Lead with a practical mindset and experience in site management, especially refurbishment work.
• Understand and interpret documents, drawings, and liaise with the Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong background in carpentry/building with an understanding of logical work sequences.
• Experience in running a site independently.
• Familiarity with UK construction practices, especially period buildings.
• Preferred but not essential: Tickets for working at heights, manual handling, asbestos awareness, SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid.
• Tools: Standard requirements, no additional set tools necessary.
