4Site are looking for a Mobile Electrician to join our client for works based in Central London.

Function: Residential maintenance and First Responder (maintenance, repairs, and small installation works)

Role Purpose: To carry out electrical works, makesafes and minor maintenance works in residential settings in line with established procedures to meet contractual and client’s needs. 

Job comes with company vehicle, standard holiday package and pension contributions.

Areas of accountability: 

1. Contract Works (including Reactive and proactive works)
2. Time keeping
3. Client Liaison
4. Health and Safety

Requirements:

• Level 3 or higher Diploma in Electrical. (City and Guilds Certified)
• Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations - BS7671:2018 including Amendment 2 is Desirable.
• 5 years’ experience in electrical field.
• Located within 45 minute commute to Fulham.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence, internally and externally at a senior level.
• Ability to manage the competing demands of clients.
• Ability to respond quickly to clients and effectively put in place plans for problem resolution.
• Able to work flexibly and to work independently.
• Is thorough and attentive in carrying out work.
• Organised to ensure all planned maintenance is carried out and any issued followed up.
• Available as part of call out rota. (1 in 4 weekends)
• Valid full driving licence (desirable).

Salary:

£35,000 - £42,000 per/annum (based on experience)
