4Site is looking for a Site Manager to join our client based in Southeast London.

Our client is a main contractor specialising in internal and external refurbishments across the residential and commercial sectors. They are a family-owned contractor with an excellent reputation shown through the quality of their completed projects, which are typically valued up to £2m. They are seeking an ambitious Site Manager to join their strong commercial team, handling a blend of office and site-based responsibilities. Their office is based in Southeast London, however, their projects take place throughout Central London.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have a minimum of three years of prime residential refurbishment experience
• Have a trade background
• Be detailed and organised
• Great communication skills and confident speaking with clients
• SMSTS, First aid, and CSCS are a must
