Our client, a leading firm specialising in high-end residential projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Central London. With a strong reputation for delivering luxurious residential developments, our client manages projects valued up to £12 million, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential projects. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve managing teams, liaising with clients, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are met.
• Support and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Please note previous high end resdiential experience is paramount.
