4Site are seeking is seeking a Project Manager to join our client in South West London. They specialise in high-end residential developments valued up to £8 million.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will handle planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential projects. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves managing teams, communicating with clients, and working with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Create and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Track project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet their needs.
• Support and guide team members.

Previous high-end residential experience is a must.
