We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our client's esteemed team based in Central London. Our client is known for their high end residential construction work with projects typically ranging up tp £12m. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about thier work to oversee the financial aspects of their projects. Prior UK construction experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial aspects of high-end residential projects, ensuring budget adherence and cost efficiency.
- Cost Planning & Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for new and ongoing projects.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts and tender processes, including the preparation and evaluation of tenders, as well as negotiating and managing contract terms.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial and contractual requirements are met.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with industry standards and regulations
