4Site are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in central London. Our client specialises in high end residential refurbushment projects valued up to £6m during this exciting time of growth, our client is looking for someone who can jump right in and add value to theirhard working and ambitious team

Role responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing accurate budget estimates
• Managing all phases of cost planning and control from inception to completion
• Negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers to achieve best value
• Monitoring project expenditure and providing financial updates to stakeholders
• Conducting risk assessments and managing variations and claims
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have minimum 3 years’ experience working on high end residential projects
• Be highly numerate and computer literate 
• Have a thorough understanding of building legislation, materials and design
• Be highly motivated and self-driven
