4Site are seeking an Estimator with experience in high end residential projects for our client based in central London. Our client is a well-established main contractor who specialise in bespoke residential refurbishments, valued up to £6m. They are looking for someone ambitious and driven to join their commercial team as they expand and take on more projects this year.

Role responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing accurate budget estimates
• Producing and updating detailed bills of quantities
• Evaluating tender documents and managing the tendering process
• Negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers to achieve best value
• Conducting risk assessments and managing cost variations
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals

The ideal candidate must have:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in high-end residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
