Duties:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling
- Assist with the installation and repair of underground utilities, including water and sewer lines
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills:
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
