4Site is looking for a Project Manager with experience in the high-end residential sector to join our client based in London.

Our client is a main contractor specialising in high-end residential new builds and refurbishments. Projects are throughout Central and Southwest London, typically valued up to £10m. Due to several upcoming projects, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team and help continue their success.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
• Degree or Trade background
• Project Management experience in the high-end residential new build and refurbishment sector, running projects valued up to £10m
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process
• Confidence to be client-facing
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy with the ability to read and write programs on MS Project or Asta.
