4Site is seeking a Finance Manager to join our client located in West London.

Our client is a main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishments throughout Central London. They typically undertake projects valued up to £12 million and have maintained a robust project pipeline thanks to their stellar reputation in the industry. Over the past few years, they have experienced significant growth and have ambitious plans for future success. Consequently, they are looking to add a Finance Manager to their team who will be instrumental in managing their financial operations and shaping the strategic direction of the business.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Payroll processing
• Financial operations management
• Reporting and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Audit preparation and compliance assurance

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• ACCA qualification
• Experience in financial management
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Experience leading a team
• Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency
