Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Performing detailed cost analysis and preparing accurate budget estimates.
• Creating and maintaining detailed bills of quantities.
• Evaluating tender documents and overseeing the tendering process.
• Negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers to secure the best value.
• Conducting risk assessments and managing cost variations.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in residential projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
