Role Overview:

As a Mid-Level Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with clients, architects, and project managers, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into practical solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
• Lead the design development process, including space planning, concept development, and material selection.
• Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved within budget and schedule constraints.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure design integrity and compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Provide design support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction phase.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
