We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to come on board with a commercial fit out contractor that specialise in delivering high quality Drywall and Ceiling solutions for CAT A & B Fitouts. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on teamwork, we are seeking a Site Manager with a strong drylining trade background to join their growing team.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager with expertise in drylining to oversee and manage construction projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of drylining techniques, materials, and processes, coupled with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, motivating teams to achieve project objectives efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets
  • Proactively resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and maintain strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on drylining projects
  • Trade background in drylining
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Valid CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications are desirable.
