Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential refurbishment projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects remain on track.

• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants, maintaining excellent communication and efficiency.

• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges to maintain smooth operations.

• Drive high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring all work meets luxury specifications.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing high-end residential refurbishment projects with a main contractor.

• Proven ability to run multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.

• Strong leadership and man-management skills, with experience leading project teams.

• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety compliance.

• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and procurement efficiently.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

• A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
