4Site are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a high-end residential main contractor, with projects based in Central London. You will be working under a Project Manager but must have the ability to run high-end residential projects independently, as you will be overseeing two projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Proven experience running high-end residential projects independently
• Ability to oversee two projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Trade background (carpentry, joinery, or similar preferred)
• Valid First Aid certification
• Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, architects, and project teams

Responsibilities:

• Oversee two high-end residential projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Work under the Project Manager while maintaining independent responsibility for site activities
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure premium finishes and client expectations are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders
• Handle on-site problem-solving and proactively address challenges as they arise
