Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing site operations and ensuring project delivery within scope and schedule

• Managing subcontractors and maintaining quality standards

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

• Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
