Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a well-established high-end residential main contractor. Specialising in luxury and refurbishments, they are looking for a numbers-driven QS to support cost management from tender through to project completion.

The Role:

• Assisting with cost management across multiple high-end residential projects
• Managing procurement, valuations, variations, and cost reporting
• Supporting subcontractor management and contract administration
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Working closely with senior QSs, site teams, and project managers

What We're Looking For:

• A motivated QS with a strong foundation in cost management
• JCT contract experience is essential
• Experience working for a high-end residential or bespoke main contractor is required
• Proficiency in Bluebeam & Excel
• UK experience managing costs across construction projects
