4Site are looking for a Finance Manager to join our client based in West London. 

Our client is a main contractor specialising in prime residential refurbishments throughout Central London. They take on projects typically valued up to £12m and have had a consistently strong pipeline of projects due to the excellent reputation they have built in the industry. They have grown significantly over the past couple of years and have ambitious plans for their ongoing success. Due to this they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team and play a key role in the financial operations and strategic direction of their business. 

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Payroll processing 
• Financial Operations Management
• Reporting and Analysis 
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Audit preparation and compliance assurance

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• ACCA qualification
• Experience in Financial Management
• Understanding of Budgeting and Forecasting
• Experience managing a team
• Excellent communication skills and IT literacy
