4Site are looking for an Office Administrator to join a construction company who specialise in building bespoke environments for the leisure, public and education sectors. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role maintaining strong relationships, being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and sub-contractors. This is a fulltime office-based role.
Responsibilities as an Office Administrator:
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and suppliers
- Preparing quotation documents using Xero
- Allocating work to subcontractors
- Organising labour
- Recording costs
- Following our procurement strategy
- Loading purchase invoice details onto Xero accounts
- Answering and making telephone calls from
- Updating clients on status of works
- Keeping information accessible by sorting and filing paperwork and electronic documents
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Credit control
Essentials:
- Strong numeracy and typing skills
- Confident using Xero (or similar system) and Microsoft Suite
- The ability to learn new skills and be able to pay attention to detail
- An enthusiastic, polite, friendly, helpful, and caring nature
