Are you a hands-on, confident individual with a trade background and Site Management experience now looking to step into or grow within a Project Management role?

4Site are currently recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join a well-regarded high-end residential main contractor based in South-West London. You’ll work closely with Project Manager, Contracts Manaer and the Commercial team, while gaining experience across project coordination, pricing, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and support site meetings with clients

• Assist with project planning and coordination

• Collaborate with the QS on pricing and costings

• Provide general administrative and on-site project support

• Help respond to client queries with confidence and clarity

Ideal Candidate:

• Site or trade background – understands the practical side of construction

• Confident communicator, especially in front of clients

• Willing to get involved and provide support wherever needed

• Some project management and/or pricing experience is a plus

• Strong on site management experience incuding working with councils/utilities

• Trade background heavily preferred

• No site tickets recruired

Please note this is an office-based role with frequent travel to site meetings.
