4Site Recruitment is currently seeking a Site Manager on behalf of our client, a prestigious main contractor based in Central London. Specialising in super prime residential refurbishments, they are known for delivering projects of the highest quality in some of the capital’s most exclusive postcodes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded firm and contribute to exceptional, design-led refurbishment projects.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the client's exacting standards. You’ll work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver bespoke refurbishment projects in some of London’s most exclusive addresses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all on-site activities from start to completion

• Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site logistics

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

• Monitoring programme and reporting progress

• Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers

• Maintaining quality control and site documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential construction

• Strong knowledge of refurbishment practices, particularly in occupied or sensitive environments

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
