Senior Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential
Location: South West London (office-based) with projects in Surrey and London

4Site Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a high-end residential main contractor based in South West London. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial delivery of multiple super prime residential schemes across Surrey and London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor with a strong track record of delivering bespoke homes to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial management of multiple high-end residential projects across Surrey and London

• Oversee projects from procurement through to final account

• Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets and cost plans

• Procure subcontractors and manage contract administration (JCT)

• Assess variations, valuations, and interim/final accounts

• Produce accurate and timely CVRs and financial reports

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and the delivery team

• Contribute to strategic planning and support junior team members

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior QS in the high-end residential sector

• Proven background with a main contractor on super prime or luxury residential projects

• Full project lifecycle experience – from pre-construction through to final handover

• Solid understanding of JCT contracts and subcontract procurement

• Excellent commercial and cost management skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships

• Able to split time between office in South West London and project sites in Surrey and London
