4Site Recruitment are seeking an experienced Aftercare Manager to join our client, a leading main contractor in the luxury residential sector. This is a key, client-facing position responsible for managing post-completion works across a portfolio of prestigious properties in Central London.

You'll be the go-to person for ensuring homes continue to meet the highest standards expected in super-prime residential delivery—handling snagging, coordinating minor works, and maintaining direct relationships with discerning clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and resolving snagging lists and ongoing maintenance issues

• Overseeing subcontractors and a small in-house team across multiple sites

• Liaising directly with homeowners, developers, and consultants

• Coordinating minor works including finishing, decoration, MEP, and joinery

• Providing clear reporting to internal construction and project management teams

• Maintaining exceptional quality standards and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in aftercare, maintenance, or defects management within high-end or listed residential properties

• Hands-on background—likely from the trades or site management

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Strong organisational ability and attention to fine detail

• Knowledge of building services (e.g. HVAC, joinery, finishes)

• Comfortable managing 3–6 sites simultaneously with minimal supervision

• Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
