4Site Recruitment are representing a leading main contractor specialising in luxury high-end residential projects in Central London. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a background in Construction Management who is ready to step into a structured project leadership role with ongoing support and clear progression opportunities. You'll gain exposure to some of London’s most prestigious residential projects while developing your skills in a design-led, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Project Manager in the day-to-day delivery of high-end residential schemes

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards

  • Help manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operation

  • Contribute to the preparation and tracking of project programmes (experience with Asta or Procure is advantageous)

  • Attend site meetings and assist with progress reporting, health & safety compliance, and client updates

  • Maintain project documentation including RAMS, progress reports, and snagging records

  • Work closely with consultants, architects, and internal teams to support the smooth delivery of each phase

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a construction or site management role, ideally within high-end residential

  • Project or Construction Management Study background
  • A genuine interest in project management and a desire to grow within the sector

  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with project planning tools (Asta or Procure experience is a plus)

  • CSCS

  • Construction-related degree or equivalent experience preferred
