4Site are seeking experienced and professional maintenance plumbers who are confident in a high-end residential, client-focused setting, delivering exceptional service quality and who are comfortable working alone taking on the full responsibility of their role.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine and emergency plumbing maintenance tasks at luxury residential properties.
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing and heating systems.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify and resolve plumbing issues, providing accurate estimates of time and materials required.
- Communicate effectively with the clients, ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of completed works and any required follow-up actions

Qualifications and Skills:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification.
- Gas ACS qualification. CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT (desirable but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in high-end residential plumbing maintenance and installations, with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
- Advanced English communication skills to engage professionally with clients and provide clear updates on work progress.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools related to plumbing systems.
- Clean UK Drivers Licence
