With a focus on uncompromising quality and expert craftsmanship, this is your opportunity to lead complex, high-value projects in one of the most demanding and rewarding environments in the UK.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take full control of site operations - overseeing project delivery from the ground up, guiding your team through every stage, and ensuring the highest standards are met at every turn.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating a team that includes assistant managers, subcontractors, and section leads

  • Ensuring work is delivered to a meticulous standard, on time and within scope

  • Delegating responsibilities appropriately, while supporting and developing your team

  • Keeping communication clear, consistent, and aligned with project goals

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience managing high-spec construction projects

  • The ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and documents

  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges on-site

  • Familiarity with construction contracts and health and safety legislation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Why Join This Team?

Not only will you work on some of the most exclusive and technically challenging construction projects in London, but you’ll also benefit from a supportive, well-resourced environment that prioritises your growth and wellbeing.

In return, you’ll receive:

  • A competitive salary and full benefits package

  • Ongoing development and training to further your career

  • Enhanced leave, sick pay, life cover, and family support policies

  • Long-service recognition and seasonal company-wide breaks (including Christmas shutdown)
