Site are seeking for a proactive Assistant Project Manager with a focus on luxury finishes to support the delivery of high-end custom residential projects in the Caribbean. Working under the direction of senior project managers, you will oversee key site activities related to bespoke finishes, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet demanding quality standards.

This role offers excellent exposure to sophisticated residential construction and the opportunity to develop into a full Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing daily site activities, focusing on luxury finishing works such as decorative stone, tiling, bespoke millwork, and complex roof construction

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain schedule and quality standards

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and reports

• Assist in budget monitoring and procurement coordination for finishing packages

• Monitor quality assurance processes and conduct inspections to ensure workmanship excellence

• Manage site documentation including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or relevant trade experience

• Valid SMSTS certification or equivalent health and safety qualification

• 5+ years’ experience supporting luxury residential construction projects with Tier 1 contractors

• Strong understanding of UK construction standards and finishing materials

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Bluebeam or similar software

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients

• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a Caribbean lifestyle
