Site Manager - £1.5m High-End Residential Project | New Kings Rd

Start date: ASAP| Rate: £250 to £300 per day (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a £1.5m high-end residential project in Fulham. This is initially a long-term contract role, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person. This role requires someone who can manage every detail of the job, plan effectively and deliver to the exacting standards expected in high-end residential construction.

The role

• Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs safely, to programme and to the highest quality
• Managing subcontractors and trades while maintaining strong quality control
• Producing and maintaining accurate site programmes and keeping works on schedule
• Reading and fully understanding drawings to identify and resolve issues early
• Ensuring strict Health and Safety compliance
• Managing site reporting and records using Procore

What we are looking for

• Proven Site Management experience on high-end residential projects, including refurbishments and new builds
• Strong programming skills, able to plan, sequence and drive the project
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret drawings thoroughly
• Competent with site management software such as Procore
• A proactive and confident leader who can direct teams clearly and hold people accountable
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Interviews will take place immediately. As part of the process, you may be asked to review a set of drawings to demonstrate your attention to detail.
