Job Title: Site Manager – Holiday Cover (Refurbishment)
Location: Manchester
Dates: 29th August – 12th September 2025
Rate: £300 per day (CIS)
Interviews: ASAP

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a refurbishment project in Manchester, overseeing furniture installation and managing snagging works during the final phase of the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site furniture installation and ensure quality of finish

• Manage subcontractors and snagging list completion

• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders

• Ensure health & safety protocols are followed

Requirements:

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid – all valid and in date

• Proven experience managing finishing/refurbishment phases

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Available for the full duration: 29th Aug – 12th Sept
