We are seeking a skilled Preparation Decorator to join our team in London. The role involves preparing surfaces to the highest standard, ensuring they are ready for decoration. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, strong preparation skills, and the ability to follow processes consistently.
Key Responsibilities

Assess and prepare various substrates for decoration

Carry out filling, sanding, and smoothing to a professional finish

Apply primers, sealers, and mist coats correctly

Use brushes with accuracy and attention to detail

Inspect and check all work for quality and consistency

Follow site procedures and established processes

Travel to sites across London (driving licence required)
Requirements

CSCS card and site experience essential

Strong knowledge of substrates and preparation techniques

Skilled in filling, sanding, and applying primers/mist coats

High-quality brush skills
-
Full UK driving licence

Reliable, process-driven, able to work independently and in a team
