Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Birmigham 

Location: Birmingham (B1)

Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 p/a + Benefits + Overtime

We’re currently seeking a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team onsite ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing facilities management presence across Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of pumps, FCUs, AHUs and general plumbing systems

• Daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across site mechanical services

• Working closely with the onsite electrical engineer to ensure seamless building operation

• Supporting any planned upgrades or refurbishments of mechanical systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong M&E background in building services maintenance

• Experience with pumps, FCUs, and HVAC systems

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

• ECS card

• Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, etc.)
